[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Harrassment by Agents | |||
I got a call from an agent named Mr. Iqrar Khan just now. He said that my number was listed as the alternate number for someone's bank account. This person whose bank account was mentioned was my colleague 10 months ago but he quit and moved to a different job (which I am not aware of). On mentioning this to Mr. Khan, he started yelling at me for some reason. I told him that even 6 months ago they called me and I had mentioned that I'm the wrong person to contact for this employee's credit lapse. He didn't listen to me and kept yelling. I then said that I'll put a harassment charge against him to which he obliged. I also asked for his manager's name but he cut the call. I then got a call from the same number and this time it was his 'manager' Mr. Amit. Mr. Amit yelled at me for 15 minutes non-stop saying "ARE YOU AND THIS PERSON WORKING IN THE SAME OFFICE OR NOT??". I refused to give him any information. He then accused me of being a partner of this person in doing the credit default and followed it by yelling at me again. I have never felt so harassed in my entire life before. I have no idea how to bring this complaint to ICICI because their complaint form on their website needs you to give an Account Number which I don't have.
