[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Home loan preclosure | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had availed home loan from ICICI Bank, Hyderabad on October 26, 2006 and the amount Financed was Rs.9, 29, 457.And the Home Loan Account No:LBHYD[protected]. When I requested for Prepayment statement on May 26, 2016, The Bank provided the prepayment of my Principal O/S is Rs.8, 16, 378 and prepayment charges @ 2.29 % at O/S Principal is Rs.18, 695. After paying 10 years EMI around 10 Lacs the bank is asking me to pay the prepayment of Rs.8, 16, 378 against sanctioned amount of Rs.9, 29, 457.I don't understand where has gone the 10years paid EMI amount of 10Lacs. I am trying to call to icici customer care many times but call is long waiting time and chrges bear by customer. So very poor sevices in india and huge chargeble. Very very very very poor poor poor poor poor services in india.
