[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici amazon pay card was blocked and rewards also | |||
Dear Sir, My Icici amazon pay balance card was blocked and also blocked my 35 thousand rewards towards amazon pay balance. In month July I purchased heavily as per my requirement of the amount around 7lakhs. After using the card, 50days later card was blocked, they block my rewards as well saying that commercial/business use.. The products, what I have purchased in amazon are with me. But, they are saying commercial use and cancelled the card. This is very unpleasant experience, if they cancel the card with in 10days of my purchase, I would cancel my orders and placed with some other cards, which is benefit to me. ICICI is cheating me. Please help us to get my rewards. I don’t need their card anymore. I never continue with icici. I’ll close all my accounts in icici. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
