[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank amount debit from account in the name of vsi amazon stan | |
My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received: Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX535 on 13-Apr-20.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR ____.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 535 to [protected] I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation. Apparently there are other icici customers with the same issue and this is a common occurrence. I would like to know why it happened and it must be resolved. This incident already occured once last year after which I blocked my card and had to pay for a new one. I don't want to do this again and again. I want my present account and card secured and a refund. Was this information helpful? | |
