[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI bank debiting account towards terminal balance recovery even after surrender proofs submitted 5 months ago. | |||
This is regarding merchant ID 50079997 and terminal IDs 43089755 and 43089758 and the corresponding current account number[protected].. The TID 43089758 was surrendered on 21 sep 2006 and the TID 43089755 was surrendered on 24 may 2014. I suffered a debit towards terminal recovery charges and after submitting the proof, the same was reversed. But even then the bank is continuously debiting my account towards balance recovery even after I have sent them the proofs towards the terminal surrender. Today also, my account is again debited for Rs 24802.32, which is very harassing. I have already sent several emails to [protected]@icicims.com but no one is listening. and the harrassing continues till date. ICICI bank need to reverse below all charges.
