ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank DMC/DP charges from icici

I am John Jeya Prakash K. 754.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-21 ) on 25th March 2021. I have never used my demat account till now. I need to get it resolved.

There is no proper resolution from icici so far... More than a week I have raised complaint.
