[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI BANK DP charges from past 5-6 years (with out even providing login id and Password)

HI, This with reference to my ICICI Bank account Transaction. ACC NO :[protected] May i know why this dp charges has been charged.(ref image) And if its for icici direct Account, Please revert it back. I did not had this requirement some of you sales person came and forced to take this telling its free. From 2008 to till date you are not able to send a welcome kit, nor log-in id and password. I have not done even one transaction till today, and your CRM team does not have time to know the Reason. But you have time to create bill and auto debit the money from my account.
