ICICI Bank account holder since 2014. Holding expression card since 2014. Getting charged around 550 every year.
I want to cancel the expression debit card and get a normal debit card. I tried reaching the customer care since last 2 weeks but as soon as they hear for cancelling Expression card they keep call on hold and don't respond.
Maybe its the way how customers are treated or Expression card is the income generation source which they wont want to loose.
The support mailbox doesn't even care to respond for the incoming complaint request.
As the Customer care isn't responding there is no other option than registering a complaint to get it resolved.
I request you to immediately look into the issue and help me with the closure of the card and get a normal debit card.
