ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank ICICI Bank kyc verification pending for my new nps account

I recently opened an NPS account through eNPS portal. I got PRAN card and funds also but the transactions are frozen due to Kyc pending with Bank. As my bank is Icici, i contacted multiple times icici customer care and of no use. They ask me to contact NPS department and that i am never able to reach. I hope somebody from Icici would help here.
