I have ICICI Money Multiplier Bond whose Data of allotment is 05/10/1998. Unfortunately, I have lost my original bond papers and would like to know the process of receiving maturity amount on maturity date 05/12/2022 in case original bond papers are lost( ICICI safety bonds(Money Multiplier Bonds)). I have received mail id "[protected]@icicibank.com" from ICICI Bank for assistance of this issue. I am writing mail and continuous follow up for more than a month now, but haven't received response.
