[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank MABchgs-Apr21+GST, MABchgs-Mar21+GST | |||
ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account from 2017 and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account. It deducted my MAB charges for the month of March on 20th May and then after it again deducted MAB charges for the month of April on 21st May. I lost Rs1000 in total from my account. This kind of activity is really a mess for customers and it cannot be accepted from the ICICI bank. I need my money to be refunded back and close this bank account asap...
