ICICI Bank — Icici bank not refund my certificated

Dear All, My self Pradip Ku. Pani. was working with ICICI bank as a sales officer. My emp id is- 289672. I was working at cuttack branch, Odisha Region. Due some personal problem i am unable to continue my job. I have discontinued my job from Nov 2014. As per HR norms i have deposited all the all the dues. I have deposited my Graduation certificate at the time of joining. After a several mail to ICICI bank HR dept., the bank has not refund my original certificate.
