ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank OTP feature

I have an ICICI Bank Salary Account since 2006 and due to my job, I travelled to US. Whenever I try to make a transaction using the ICICI Bank website, it requests OTP and when I called customer service to notify that I am no longer able to receive SMS on my registered mobile number, they say they can't helpand that they are unable to update my mobile number through online/phone as I have to visit one of the branches in India. How is it feasible to visit branch in India to update my contact details. I wonder why ICIC Bank still lives in stone age while the other banks have reached for the skies with their advanced systems.
