NACH/ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention.
System automatically debits the NACH/ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank.
The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same.
In case of NACH/ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable.
For per instance of NACH/ECS return in a month: Rs. 500 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017.
The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable.
We are sorry to inform you that we will be unable to process further reversals as we also abide by certain policies.
Hence, we request you to keep your account funded one day prior to the date of debit.
