[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank unauthorised deduction MAB charges | |||
I have two salary accounts with ICICI bank, Mohali branch. My account no :[protected]. My mobile no: [protected] My account has been debited by [protected] MABchgs-Feb21+GST 483.37 [protected] MABchgs-Mar21+GST 399.99 And second account[protected] [protected] MABchgs-Mar21+GST 3.61 Without any confirmation amount was deducted. I am having a salary account and as per my knowledge salary account has no minimum balance requirement. I lost my job last year due to this pandemic. I don't have any job right now and I arranged this money for my personal use and it was deducted. I am very disappointed. I didn't receive any email or regarding changing my salary account to a savings account. (If this is the case). I emailed customer service, also live chat with them. But they didn't provide any proper solution. I am very frustrated I am gonna close both accounts due to irrelevant charges.
