[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Charges me which I don't do | |||
ICIC bank deducted 8700/- rupees in one day I was fraudulent with me, I went to the bank and told the branch manager that money is being deducted from my account, stop my ECS. He said that it will not be from here it will cancelled from head office . Them I called customer care and I complaint against branch manager then branch manager called me and said visit the branch I will cancelled then i gone and he signed me on two forms and said all ecs are cancelled in 24 hour. After two hour i received confirmation mail from bank.after few months when i deposit money to my account in few sec my all amount are deducted from bank I was complaint to customer care and raised request to revise my bal and he told me it's was NACH charged i said how it's possible I also.canclled my all ECS in[protected] nd they investigation and they told your only one ECS canceled. It's all fault branch manager i was informed to him all details so why he was cancelled only one nd now ICICI not revised my balance if I cancelled one ECS so why I don't cancelled seconds because I had no loan in my life it's all fault Bramch manager and all ICICI saved to him because they are ICICI employees an I am customer pls revised my all balance I am middle class person Was this information helpful? | |||
