ICICI Bank — ICICI Credit card PL | |||||
I had availed ICICI credit card PL during 2015. While explaining the same, the pre-closure penalty charges was not disclosed and no agreement being sent to know the missing info about the loans terms and condition. The customercare person discussed this via phone and processed the amount within 3 days. Now I did inquired about the pre-closure of the same and I was shocked that pre-closure penalty of 3% which comes around 5k extra for me to close it out. Please advise. Sir/Madam, I spoke to your customer care before writing into this portal. They said they will come back to me after verifying the phone call details which i spoke with your executive while availing the loan. Still they haven't come back. There is no point in writing again the same story here and there.
