Dear concern I am very sorry to say that i am being exploited of being going through the bad financial situation. Called many times the customer care number but all of your executives just don't want to help the customer. I am going to raise the same concern in the consumer court and the social media. Also will never allow any of my known to have an account in icici bank as you guys don't care about the customer. You simply find many ways to deduct the amount from my account. Also i am going to be an npa to you. Do whatever you can do. 1. I paid 105000 into my loan account but my emi is still same, same is neither being reflected on the portal anywhere, i called the customer care but got no solution rather call was deferred. 2. So many deductions from my account i don't even know the meaning for the same. 3. So many penalties were charged after being aware about the current covid situation Was this information helpful? | |
