ICICI Bank — IMPS Transaction is not credited in ICICI from SBI | |||
On 11 May 2015 I transferred the 15000 Rs from my SBI account to ICICI account. From SBI they deducted the 15000 Rs however in ICICI account it is not yet credited. I checked with SBI, the call center agent told me that from SBI side the transaction was successful and he asked me to check with ICICI. When I contacted the ICICI customer care (via on line Chat) I came to know that because of system upgrade activity, the said amount didn’t get deposited. When I contacted the ICICI customer care (via Phone) they (Mr Shaikh & Miss Nitu) said they are not able to find the credit entry of 15000 Rs from SBI and requested me to share the SBI transaction details and statement.
