[Resolved] ICICI Bank — IMPS Transaction Not Completed but Account debited twice | |||||
Sir With ref to above subject, I had done IMPS Transaction on 31st Aug which is not completed with authentication but my account was debit twice which is not yet reverse by ICICI Bank. Date of Issue 31st Aug 2016 IMPS Ref No Ref[protected]/Ref[protected] Amount 10, 000/- & 10, 000/- Account No.[protected] Account Name Rituraj Chavan Issue On 31st Aug 2016 i did one IMPS transaction which was got error "Please try later" & account has been debited 10, 000/- then again i tired and got same error "Please try later" and again account debited 10, 000/-. Same issue informed to ICICI Call centre & they said that amount will reverse in next 3 days but till date i have not received that amount. after continues follow up with bank there is no reply from Bank.
