ICICI Bank — Internet banking /imobile

Dear sir
I am not able to do any online transaction from my icici account cause it is asking for grid verification.I dont have a debit/ATM card and i have applied for one.Due to the lockdown i am not able to get one .The branch too is closed in my area due to lockdown(madurai tallakulam) i am not able to do NEFT/RTGS by visiting the branch through cheque.
I tired calling customer care numbers but only get automated and recorded message .Cant talk to the customer care executive.
Please help me to do my online internet banking with just the OTP on my mobile as i have very urgent payment to make
