[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Invalid mabchgs | |||||
I am an account holder of icici bank for about 5 years and my account is salary a/c from zero balance. When i went to take money from the atm, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then i saw 1st charge on date 23.09.2016 of 689.95 rupees in the name of smab chgs jul16+stax89.99 and second one on date of 01.10.2016 of 50.20 rs in the name of smab chgs aug16+stax6.55. ICICI BANK just debited rs 200 from my account stating DP CHARGES TILL AUG-16, which is wrong and no prior information given to me, msg for the deduction was also not delivered.account number is[protected].
