Dear Team,
I do not own a Demat Account with ICICI bank. I have not applied for it either in the last financial year. There has been some error in the system. I am not liable for payment of the mentioned amount in the bill attached. Request you to please assign a coordinator as soon as possible to communicate with me or else there will be unnecessary delay.

Tomorrow is the last day for my query resolution as per the timeline mentioned in your email dated 9 April 2022. I still do not have any resolution offered to me by any of the customer executives. This utter lack of professionalism from the ICICI bank customer support team.
I won't be liable to pay the billed amount since it is not related to me. I have received a call from one of your executives saying that they will revert to email but have not received an email on similar lines.
Kindly expedite the process.
