ICICI Bank — Issue with payment done to ICICI Merchant

Its being very difficult to find the solution for my issue as chasing since 24.09.2020.

I had made payment to one of your business partner (screenshot attached) through PAYTM (screen shot attached) for which the said party is denying that payment has not yet been received to them.

I had take confirmation from PAYTM (SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED) and even from my bank. But still they are saying payment is not received to them. They are just saying that issue is raised to IMS team and IMS team is not responding.

Is this the way we are following the process? That a single transaction is unable to identify as I have given all confirmations from my end. Still the merchant is denying for the receipt of payment.
