[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Late fee and interest charges waiver

I am using my icici credit card for 4years and i have paid my credit card emi on time every month. But I couldn't make the payment for the pending 2 emi in the month of June and July 2020 since the card details have been removed automatically from my imobile app and also I didn't have the physical card with me. But the icici bank added the charges continuously and now the due is equal to 4 months EMI. I have called he customer care continously for getting waiver and they are not providing the same.
