[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Late payment wrongly charge | |
Reversal of Late Payment Fee and Interest Ref: Credit Card No. xxxx xxxx xxxx xxx Dear ICICI, This email is in reference to the late payment fee and interest charged to my credit card. The dated of the charge is 12/10/2020. I have paid the due amount as on 08/10/2020 same has been debited my account and credited in to my credit card account, however your representative told me that due payment received on 12/10/2020 that is the reason they charge me for late payment. Thus, I request that you kindly waive the late payment fee and interest charge, for not reflecting in your credit card statement. it was impossible for me to make the payment.
