Fixed Deposit of 12, 00, 000 Rs was done In the month on November 2014 ( for a period of 1 year) and Form 15G( for TDS tax) was submitted then. In May 2015( for the next financial year) again Form 15G was submitted and was not updated by your Bank.Inquiry was made to NITIN MALHOTRA ICICI BANK C BLOCK NEW DELHI 110057 and he assured to look into the matter.Later, again a form was submitted for the same FD in August and still updation was not done by the Bank. Regarding this matter several attempts have been made to resolve the matter peacefully but no effort has been done on the bank side. Now, today i get to know from Mr. Nitin Malhotra that a FORM 15 G has been submitted on 6th OCTOBER 2015 and reversal for the amount has been done for OCTOBER ONLY and no other form has been submitted. In fact from our side, no such form has been submitted in OCTOBER . The bank officials are not responding properly to our requests and furthermore i think forgery has been Done by the Deputy manager nitin malhotra and he used my mothers sign. He is saying only one form has been submitted in October and none else. I want my money back for 5 months of TDS deduction starting from May to September.
