ICICI Bank Ltd — Garbage collected only twice a month!

I stay in street no. 11, lane no.5 Nagarjuna nagar, tarnaka hyderabad. For the past couple of years we have had problems with garbage collection. The guys who comes to collect it comes only 2-3 times a month, demands extra money regardless of his callous attitude and when we question him why he is not a regular says that his auto had to be repaired ( always the same excuse). Please help!! I have kids at home and garbage storage really isn't the right thing to do around toddlers.
