Dear Sir/Madam This has reference to ICICI Credit Card, I have received a call on 26/08/2016 @ 3.32pm from[protected] Ms.Smita, she was asking for a credit card payment, I told her to call on Monday and collect it from office, she was very misbehaving and said No she wants payment today only, you arrange from any where, she was keep on nagging not ready to listen and keep the phone. Whether this kind of manner and etiquette you teach to your staff and third party contractor to behave with your customers, there was no reason for her to misbehave when I told to call on Monday and collect the payment.
