ICICI Bank — Money deducted from my account I.e. Rs. 590 for unknown transaction without any intimation.

I received an invoice of Rs 590 where particulars are mentioned as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_TPSLSIP... and ICICI never responds to any queries. I have the right to know why is this amount deducted. For this money deducted there is no any text message received nor any email received. Kindly refund my deducted money.
