ICICI Bank — Money deducted without informing customer

My icici bank nri account deducted rs. 590 without informing me as nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~29jun20~871953b~[protected]. 4 times rs. 590 deducted. I lost rs. 2360 which is not a small amount! My only concert was why i did not get sms alert for the amount being debited from my account. I am already receiving sms for other types of transaction whether if the money is credited or debited. After speaking with executive they informed me that due to insufficient balance, sip was rejected. Why i did not get an sms alert for the money debited?

Updated by ibrahimbzr What a rubbish !! The guy replied that, "You will get credit and Debit related transactions done by you." What if ICICI itself auto debit money from my account such as penalty, service charge, etc. Is ICICI living in stone age Or they intentionally don't want customer to know penalty charges so they can keep deduct money until customer login to his account and check his balance manually !!! Poor service.
