[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money did not come from the atm-stchb201 and money got debited

We debited 10000 from sbi account-[protected]
From icici atm-stchb201 and only 2000 came and rest 8000 dint come. Please help
I did multiple complains to sbi complain number - (At[protected] they told they are registering a complain and now the complain is showing in a closed state.
I went to nearest icic branch in which the atm reports. They are also denying that no extra cash is found in the atm.
Where did my money go i dont understand.
Icici machine operators are indulge in steeling my money as they only collect the money at last and how a money disappear when it did not come out from the atm.
