ICICI Bank — Money getting auto debited

My money is getting automatically debited from my ICIC account twice last month as 590 rupees. Reached out to customer care and they are saying that i took a loan from yes bank so that money is debited from my ICIC account which i never did and i didn’t even own an yes bank account. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 26, 2023 Updated by Dimple srilekha Vandanapu Money is getting debitted automatically from my ICIC account twice last money 590 rupees and when I contacted customer care they are saying that i took a loan from yes bank so that is the reason for deduction which i never did and didn’t even own one yes bank account. Need urgent help on this issue.
