ICICI Bank — Moratorium option not available to ICICI bank customer | |||
For last 20 days I have been following with the Home Loan representative in ICICI Bank Branch, Airoli, Sector-19, Navi Mumbai, and I was been told there is no clarity on process to accept the application of moratorium based on 15th September RBI guidelines and ICICI Bank is still working on same.Yesterday when I again visited the Airoli Sector-19 branch I was been instructed I need to connect with Customer care team and they have the new process to accept the application, however when spoken to customer care they instructed they still don't have the process and Branches have the option to accept the application, hence i revisited the branch and made both the team talk to each other Customer care and Bank Home Loan representative, which then was concluded there is still no process or guideline from ICICI Bank Management to accept the application for Moratorium based on new RBI rules. Post this I had word with Anil Gavli Branch Manager Airoli Sector -19, and Ranjan Karode Regional head for Home Loan Navi Mumbai who ensured will get back to me with what is the revised process of application submission. I have still heard anything from you. As per RBI the end date to apply for Moratorium is 15th December, as ICICI Bank still doesn't have a process in place to accept the application timeline for ICICI bank should then be extended and my application should be considered.
