[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — My cash is lost

During the lockdown period I have applied for the moratorium for my Credit Card. I haven't received my salary in those days which results me to apply for the moratorium. Later on September I received my salary. After 3 days when I tried to transfer my amount it was showing insufficient balance. I wondered what exactly happened. I checked with the account I saw it was negative due to something called lien. My credit card account is closed as well. The interesting part I haven't got any intimation from the bank regarding the closure of my credit card account. At this point of situation this is the way they are behaving to their customer.
