ICICI Bank — No account in the bank

I do not have icici bank account but still an amount of 1800 rs was deducted from my account and I received this msg from vk icicib today
Dear Customer, your cooling period limit is Rs 5000, for the first 24 hours. Do not share UPI PIN/Card details/OTP/CVV with anyone ICICI Bank.
