[Resolved] ICICI Bank — No Service on multiwallet card | |||
I hold an ICICI corporate multiwallet card since 5 years. It is going to expire soon and I am trying to raise a new request to my new address. I dont have my user Id for CMS login, when i try to get my user Id from customer care numbers, it asks for 16 digit card number and when i enter it says invalid. I can find any mail Ids to write to. Or any other ways to reset my details even. Unable to raise a complaint in icici.com as well as there is no option for complaints on prepaid cards. Was this information helpful? | |||
