[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Non opening of insta saving account

I opened an saving account through icici online website. However no communication and confirmation received to me with account number. When i cheeck status of my application it says “your account has been captured and bank will get back to you within 4 days. It has been more than a week and no calls have been received.
Also i cannot reach any customer care executive anyhow.
