I have a saving account for which Internet banking was working till last week.
Recently on opening Internet banking I was informed that I have been upgraded to new version and open account through new version. To my surprise my mobile number and email is deleted from new version. I was asked to update email id which was unsuccessful and as such unable to view my account.
I visited NIT Faridabad branch on 12/3/15 and submitted form with all ID proof to update email and mobile number. This is not done and making complaints through helpline suggests visiting any branch or use ATM which I don't have.
I am being tossed from branch to customer care to phone banking with solution from none.
I have demat account attached to this account and information which I need on daily basis is unable to track.
This account is operative since last 20 years or may be more.
It will be painful if I had to switch account to other bank for such an issue.
At NIT Faridabad no one is responding.
