[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Not getting any call back from customer care | |||
Hi, I am holding a credit card of ICICI BANK which I got before 3 months back. In addition I have not received any of the pin to use it without which it not of my use. I have tried to call customer care but there was no response on the same. Then I have made a request of call back. It's been 2 months but I have not received even a single call for the same. Its really pathetic response from ICICI Bank which was unexpected. I I am holding cards from other banks as well but never faced such kind of problem. I want to use this card tomorrow early in the morning but not Having any pin for the same. Kindly arrange for the call back so that i can get pin to use it otherwise I will have to close this card by tomorrow due to no response by the bank with the non satisfactory reason.
