[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Not supporting for opening loacker account

My name is suryaprakash pandey.on[protected] i visited andheri east koldongari icici branch with my father. my father is senior citizen and he has locker(locker no 631) with this branch. every time he is not possible to go to bank to avoid this i decided to join this locker. for this we have submitted all relevant documents to branch with KYC details & 100 rupees stamp paper (stamp paper is on my father name). complain is that bank employee is saying this will take 5days working. my question is that why 5days working is required ? please help or support to resolve this in less day i think your bank is not supporting customer
