ICICI Bank — NPS Application Processing

I visited the Gurgaon (Haryana) Sector 14 Branch on 23 December 2015 at ~0700 PM for inquiring about my NPS application status which was submitted at the branch on 04 December 2015. I was updated by one of the staff members Mr. Kishore that the record register doesn't have my name entry. The reasons for the same are best known to him or the team. After much mental harassment I was told that I will get the updated status on my application today morning (24 December 2015). But after much follow up and mental harassment I am not getting the status of my application. Prime Facie it seems the team has not processed the application given on 04 December 2015 on due date and are delaying / delayed the processing. Request the team to look into the issue.

I also face problem opening NPS account with ICICI bank. ICICI bank do not care about customer service, it care about only profit, because this is a private bank.
I have submitted NPS application on January2016 but they not able to process the application till now March 2016.
I am planning to switch to Government bank to get good customer service. I will suggest you people to switch to Government back. Private bank is like a water bubble any time it can burst, sucking all our money.
