ICICI Bank — OTP Issues and Worst Management | |
It’s been 16 years I’m maintaining an SB account as well as 2 credit cards with Icici bank. I didn’t have any single payment defaults and maintaining a very good profile on all these days. But on the other end there had a series of bad experiences time to time but resolved all those with the support of their management. Their customer care is of no use and most of them are very rude. They don’t even have basic banking knowledge as they always misguide you or make some excuses which you haven’t heard ever or doesn’t have any logic. During the start of November 2020 I was not getting OTP in my mobile and then I reported it to them. After 2 days it started working by itself. Bank looked in to my concerns only after 2 days when it’s started working. Now it’s been more than 10 days I’m having this same issue with OTP. As usual I reported to their customer care but didn’t receive any response. Then I escalated it to their management still no response. I kept following it up including sending emails to Mr. Sandeep Bakshi. But until today I didn’t receive any single response and still OTP is not getting, to do any online transaction. I’m getting Messages from everyone else except this worst bank. I’m so surprised to see that even after escalating it to their MD, (who doesn’t know why was he appointed there) and senior management (another bunch of people who are appointed to take salary on time by doing nothing), there wasn’t any response or attempts to resolve this issue. I’m completely stuck as I can’t do any transaction online. I have already reported this to Ombudsman and waiting for their response. I have decided to cancel my account and cards as I do not wish to have any relationship with NO 1 WORST BANK IN INDIA. They are good for nothing. If I starts listing my experiences with them it will take days to write here. If anyone plan to open any account or avail service with ICICI, think 10 times. They will spoil your life if you opt for any service. These complaints against them are good examples to prove that Yes, they are the worst bank in the country. Was this information helpful? | |
