Dear Sir, This is to inform you that one month before i was go to your canaught place branch and submit request for change for mobile number and i also fill up the form there but bank has updated my mobile No. as land line number instead of mobile number . I am living out of india so i cannot go to your branch again So you are requested to check my application form and correct your mistake and update my mobile number [protected] in your record .I dont know why you have updated my number as landline number because its clearly showing that its a mobile number not landline number and due to this problem i am facing difficulties to use internet banking So please remove my old number [protected] and update my new number [protected] in your record as soon as possible.
