[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Please do not send me a credit card | |||||
On 16th july i got a call for new icici bank credit card on my mobile number [protected], i checked my records and i already have an icici bank credit card of hp coral, which is lifetime free and good for me, Please dont send the new card as it is with annual charges fee and i was telling the same to your customer care and they were telling me all offers which are not of my interest and the present running card is in good work, the additional new card if sent will be rejected. from 16th july when i call the same customer care donot reply at all and hence this complain. I checked my records and i already have an icici bank credit card of hp coral, which is lifetime free and good for me, I dont want the new credit card as phoned to me on 16ht july on my phone [protected]... by your customer care. Again it is requested that, please dont send the new card as it is with annual charges fee and i was telling the same to your customer care and they were telling me all offers which are not of my interest and the present running card is in good work, the additional new card if sent will be rejected. from 16th july when i call the same customer care donot reply at all and hence this complain.
