HI, I am writing this mail with lot a grievance and lose winch caused by ICICI. Bank has cheated me terribly. How ever I made all the outstanding which I have never used also now. I was using your credit card and I have made all the outstanding payment on July 2014 and I have got the receipt on September by your agent. I asked him to cancel my card. for that they started charging interests till date. and customer care numbers are not working, i even went to the branch to sort this. but now the outstanding of 8000/- which i have never used has kept increasing also i paid. This mistake is from ICIC. for that I kept paying interest. My Card Number is [protected]. Please windrow your service to me. Please stop cheating customers like this.
