[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Point of sale transaction failed Issue | |||
I have made on-line transaction for Rs.2119 on 13 - may-2015 and the transaction was failed but the amount Rs.2119 was deducted from my saving account. 1.Regarding this issue i have contacted customer care support via phone call on 14 -may and i raised my issue to them. Icici customer representative told that the amount will credit with in 7 working days. 2.Again 22- May-2015 I called the customer representative and reported my issue and the person is told me to wait till 8 weeks. 3.I reported my issue to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on Friday(22-may).So far i didn't get any proper response. Why should i wait till(8 weeks) that. Is that any wrong in my side ?.I need clear clarification for delay on this and the amount should credit to my account.if not please tell me the procedure to close my icici bank account. I am not happy with your customer service.Its totally irritating me. Was this information helpful? | |||
