[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Query on case Id Home Loan Application No. [protected]

Dear Concern,
ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠ ᅠkindly help me to refund the fee i paid online while applying for home loan. it has been more than three weeks i am not getting any update, also assigned RM mr gaurav don't pick call or call back, also don't respond on mailᅠ i received call once that i need to upload few more documents and 15 days before i upload the same. after that i didn't receive any update. i also called twice on customer care where i received a message that i will get call back in 24 hours but nobody called. i also write mail to Customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and gaurav.[protected]@icicibank.com but and no responseᅠ i have my salary account with icici bank from last 15 years my account number is[protected] but this kind of service was not expected. now it is my humble request to refund my fee which i paid online during applying Home loan. i am taking loan from another bank which are promising and guiding properly.ᅠ i believe at least for refund i will not require any reminders.ᅠ
