I am having a personal loan with ICICI bank from few day had some financial problem so can't be able to make the payment, a recovery agent named as dinesh Rawat mobile no as [protected] called to my wife and told her "hi darling kya kr rhi ho loan ki payment ni ki to dek kya krta hu " and used lot of abuse words, who give them authority to talk like this.
