ICICI Bank — Refund of excess amount paid as councelling fee for NUJS Kolkata

I had payed the counselling fees of CLAT of an amount 50, 000, twice erroneously as per the details mentioned below.
So I request you to give me the procedures I have to do for getting the refund of the excess amount I have paid .

From the NUJS site we got to know the payments are handled by your bank. We have been contacting your bank executives Kshitij Singh and Manish Mehrotra who are in charge of the process repeatedly over phone and mail for the last three weeks. We have not received any helpful information or professional treatment from them.
